The MDS Mobile Rewards Program is a loyalty program designed to reward our customers with discounts, cashback, and vouchers based on their spending levels.
You are automatically enrolled in the program when you make your first purchase at Samsung MDS store & online.
There are four tiers: Blue, Silver, Gold, and Platinum.
The Blue Level is for customers who spend less than AED 2,000. This level does not offer any additional discounts, cash back, or points.

Spend between AED 2,001 and AED 6,000 to qualify for the Silver Level.
At the Silver Level, you receive:
- AED 50 discount voucher (valid for 90 days).

Spend between AED 6,001 and AED 10,000 to qualify for the Gold Level.
At the Gold Level, you receive:
- AED 75 discount voucher (valid for 90 days).
- 3% cash back on future purchases.
- AED 75 birthday voucher (valid for 30 days).

Spend over AED 10,000 to qualify for the Platinum Level.
At the Platinum Level, you receive:
- AED 100 discount voucher (valid for 90 days).
- 5% cash back on future purchases.

Yes, the spending amount can be cumulative or in a single invoice, excluding VAT.
To maintain your tier status, you must spend at least 50% of the tier's minimum value within one year. Otherwise, you will be downgraded to the next lower tier.
If you don't meet the spending criteria, you will be downgraded to the next lower tier.
The discount vouchers are valid for 90 days from the date of issue.
The birthday voucher is issued on your birthday and is valid for 30 days.
The cash back is calculated as a percentage of your future purchases: 1% for Silver Level, 3% for Gold Level, and 5% for Platinum Level.
You can start using your cash back on future purchases as soon as you earn it.
No, the benefits are non transferable and can only be used by the account holder.
