Return, Refund and Replacement:

MDS Mobile LLC (referred to as "we" or "us") allows refunds and replacements for products purchased by our customers, subject to the following terms and conditions:

  1. Return, Refund or Exchange will only be done on products sold along with all free gifts in sealed and packed condition as it was shipped to the customer.
  2. Return, Refund or Exchange window is open until 7 days from the date of purchase.
  3. Only defective or damaged products are eligible for return or replacement upon approval from Authorized Samsung Service Centre (Product Service report). All such product must go to Authorized Samsung Service Centre to get the report.
  4. Physically damaged or defective product is not eligible for return or replacement.
  5. If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must notify us immediately, but within 7 days of the delivery date by contacting our Customer Service Department at the email or contact information provided below.
  6. If you believe that the product you received is not as described on our website, you must notify us within 7 days of the delivery date by providing clear evidence of the discrepancy. Complaints based on false expectations or wishes will not be honored.
  7. Claims for non-delivery must be submitted to our Customer Service Department in writing within 7 days of the order placing date. Otherwise, the product will be considered received.
  8. We will refund your purchase price (excluding shipping charges) within 15-20 working days, depending on your bank's procedures.
  9. To return an item, please call our Customer Care Centre using the contact information provided below. You will be guided on how to proceed further.
  10. Any Free products like but not limited to Samsung Care+, Covers, Gift voucher, Memory upgrade etc., if placed outside/soley for it, the order won't be considered. These products are only shipped/provided if they are automatically added to cart when purchasing the main product within the offer period.


  1. If you wish to cancel your order, please notify us immediately.
  2. If we receive your cancellation before processing/approving the order, we will refund the entire amount.
  3. If the product has already been shipped, online transaction charges, as well as the cost of delivery and re-picking, will apply. We reserve the right to determine whether an order has been shipped or not, and the customer agrees not to dispute our decision regarding cancellation.
