Yes, we ship all over UAE.
How much is the delivery charge?
delivery on all orders with a total cost of over AED 250 will be free of charge.
Any orders with a total of below AED 250 (before delivery is added) will be subject to a delivery charge of AED 20.
How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will be delivered to you in 1 business day. If the shipping address is in remote area it will take 3-4 days.
Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Do I require to show any proof of identity while receiving my order?
Yes, you will be required to show a valid ID (Emirates ID / Passport / Driving License ) to the courier at the time of receiving the shipment.

What is store pickup / click & collect?
You can place the order online and collect your order from any of our stores.
How soon can I collect the order from store after placing the order?
Order can be collected from the store once you receive a pick-up confirmation email.
What documents are required to collect the order from store?
You will require to show, a valid ID (Emirates ID / Passport copy / Driving License ) along with the order & pickup confirmation email to the store at the time of collection.
